So I was withdrawing zcash from Poloniex and I got the confirmation email and I approved the withdrawal. Then my transaction was “Awaiting Approval”. I have 7 and more transation, the first is on 31.05.2017, i’m level 2 verification 25.000$, I opened some tickets but do not answer, someone has the same problem?
