Rig Shuts down and no restart auto

Hello,

One of my rig shuts down and it does not start auto.
I have to press power button for 5 seconds in order to turn on computer.

Is it something like static electric or PSU problem?

Any idea appreciated.

It sounds like psu problem but, can you describe a little which components are on the rig?

I guess it was PSU overuse. 750W corsair and 4X RX470.

For some reason MSI afterburn was not working so it withdraw around 750W for a while (my assumption)

I downclock with MSI afterburn and now the system working for 12 hours.
