Friends, I have a proposal :heart::paw_prints:
What if Zcash could help save hundreds of homeless animals?

I suggest launching a charitable DAO project:

Goal: Support animal shelters that cannot cover their own costs for food, medicine, and other essentials.

Principle: 100% of donations go directly to helping animals — no payments to organizers or participants.

Decentralization: Every donor gets a vote on which shelter/request to support (via DAO DAO or a similar platform).

Transparency: Each month we collect funds, transfer them to a trusted local volunteer, who buys the necessary items, delivers them to the shelter, and reports back with photos/videos + receipts.

This is our chance to show that blockchain can change the world not only financially, but also through real, good deeds.

Perhaps zechub could also allocate a small pool at the beginning of each month + there will be a separate page in X where we can keep track of all the good things that Zcash and its community are doing.

Only thing about this, I wish DAO DAO had Zcash implemented already. Zcash saving animals will be a good look for the community amongst pet lovers. Wishing you the best of luck with your proposal, your passion and dedication can truly make a difference.
