Hi everyone!
I successfuly followed the guide to have a zcash node running on my Ubuntu 14.
However after I updated to Ubuntu 16 yesterday, zcashd stoped working. Like it wasn´t there, except I can see the directory and all files.
Excuse me for my poor english and lack of technical knowledge, Im such a newbie with Linux…
Try this
~/zcash/./src/zcashd -daemon
What do you get ?
Feuer auf der BASF gut überstanden? 
Installier zcash nochmal drüber. Kann sein dass deine configs verloren gingen.

Nach nem upgrade kanns sein dass du neue Parameter ziehen musst mit ./zcutil/fetch-params.sh und dann wieder neu kompillieren.
./src/zcashd -daemon; tail -100 ~/.zcash/debug.log
What do you get for the output of that command?
