Suprnova's ZCash Pool zec.suprnova.cc

Most pools are pplns in the meanwhile. What he’s trying to say is that Pool luck sometimes is bad and there are rounds over 300% luck whereas a miner gets, of course, lower payout then when there are three subsequent rounds with 100% luck…

Unfortunately this is not how luck works… You have variance… A pool cannot only have lucky rounds, I don’t have a deal with Satan and I didn’t sell my soul

What he not sees or not mentions is that there are also lot of lucky rounds… Multiple subsequent rounds far below 100% of estimates shares, so below 100 % luck which of course then pay more to the miner, especially with pplns.

This is unfortunate… I’ve tried to explain several times, just look above and also check this link :

It’s not so easy sometimes

Seriously dude, take a hike. Go mine somewhere else then. You made your point. I for one like this pool and it has paid out nicely and what was expected. Your just whining now.

PPLNS scam in long round and short round after long round (when PPLNS shares came back to 100% actual share in several rounds but luck doesn’t back to 100% in several rounds then stuck again )
If he correct, why he doesn’t change to PPS because PPLNS (Pool stole hashrate or not) is lower 20-30% to PPS

With PPLNS, pool easy stole user shares or will switch user hashrate to another anonymous Zcash address and no found new blocks, then if you dont mine to finish in long rounds or you mine 50% in long round, you lost 100% shares in long round and earning in next short rounds after long round

If he correct, why he doesn’t change to PPS because PPLNS (Pool stole hashrate or not) is lower 20-30% to PPS, blocks stuck over 5-12 hours/day (pool switch user hashrate to another anonymous Zcash address and no found new block)

You don’t seem to understand anything I write, however, here again for you:

It’s still a free world, so you’re not forced to mine at suprnova, you can still mine at any other available pool if you don’t like it or have a feeling something is wrong. You’ll notice (most) other pools are PPLNS too as it’s the fairest possbile payout method (check my link above).

@ocminer correct me if am wrong suprnova pool does not give me good hash rate but i still have 30 workers that generate just min 4H/s and max 30H/s but the pool does not support more than 13 workers as the other workers do not even show up until i stop a previous worker. Is there a problem

You should be able to see all your workers in “Edit Account” → “My Workers”.

The Dashboard has a limitation currently due to the caching nature, i’m working on that already !

Even under edit workers it is the same thing

Then there is something wrong with your worker or worker setup… Typo?

It is not typo. When i stop one the other continues. But it just maintains only 13 workers. And i want to ask an i run one worker accross my systems? Will the hash rate improve?

Finally saw 15 workers so probably the cache. Why can all my workers never produce above 200H/s :frowning:

Hashrate in Edit Account - > My Workers matches?

Yes it does and i noticed i never passed 200H/s

Not typo i have 4 i7 @ 3.7ghz each and 3 core i5 @3.5ghz then an AMD @ 4.5ghz quadcore but i get max of 28 H/s from the core i7's throuh out today all i saw was 7 to 20 none above, now they are jumping from 1 to 6.04

Is there any possible way to skip shares that are too far away? I mean if it over (100ms) for example can we auto skip this share to find a closer 1? Most shares are about 16-32 ms… but you get a few that are 400+ ms that may be slowing down my mining…

I’m having trouble knowing whether or not I set this up correctly… To start off, I followed the getting started instructions on the page… so I have suprnova account, and a worker added.

I’m trying to use Claymore v9.3 with this… with the SSL… any how, before I share my settings, I have to say that it shows in the logs that I’m connected and then it starts to hash in claymore, however, on my Dashboard on Suprnova it shows that there’s no activity for my worker:

“My Hashrate: 0.00 H/s”

Is this normal? I ran it for a few hours last night, granted I’m only putting out about 41 H/s on my laptop. I was just trying to test it and see if it would connect to the Suprnova dashboard and show my hashing power live.

pools down, any problems?

Hmm nope, all good here, from where are you connecting ? can you reach zec.suprnova.cc ?

yes, the EU pool is down and so is the website
