All i hear from toomim is excuses as to why they continue fail to deliver what they gloated about a few weeks ago. At this point it seems like they didn’t even start working until launch day lol. All the excuses for what seems like a million and one “in-house” software solutions is unacceptable. People would probably be more understanding if you could stop being a pompous douche for a couple minutes. Your apologies are obviously insincere, and anyone who’s been following this thread since before launch knows how arrogant you were and continue to be. You’re the one who set the bar so high by claiming your software was orders of magnitude better than any of the competition.

Your company was an epic flop. The only thing that could make this more comical is if you got dragged into court with none of the LLC/Ltd. protections.

1. We will take care of our day one customers by giving them more than they would have mined on day 1 if our service had been working.

2. We still have not mined any ZEC for ourselves. We’ve got some testnet coins lying around on one of our servers, but that’s all. I can’t prove this, but it’s true.

I know for a fact since I was at the facility all last week, that they did not mine anything day one and are still not mining for themselves now. We were up for over 48 hours straight trying to fix the issues and provide hashrate to the customers. One issue triggered several other issues and not having slept just made it harder to resolve the issues faster. It was an extremely tiring few days, but they got through it and are now trying to make it up to their customers.

One thing you should also remember is that if you were mining to supernova they didn’t allow payouts for nearly 24 hours, I know because I had ZEC I couldn’t get out to sell when the price was crazy high. Nothing is perfect and nothing is ever a sure bet, but I do know from experience the Toomim’s are trying their best to make it up to everyone who feels they’ve missed out.

Wll if they didnt mine day one i would cut them some slack thats where the real profits were made , however i think there is still money to be made if thier sotware is still best in class customers should still do well provided things are WORKING !

what you said is showing your service is a failed service at the first days, so accept the failure ,I have not been getting hashrate from your team since the first day you start trying to offer weak hashrates.

you know you have done a very bad launch , fail to fullfill hashrate from the start is a fatal strike to me… so Please do the right thing Please at least refund 2 btc of my total 2.5 btc payment, I can give up 0.5 btc for your failure of luanch
