Weird Yobit issue

About three weeks ago I deposited ZEC to my Yobit account - there’d just been an interesting price spike if I recall… Anyway, the spike passed and a few days ago I decided Yobit’s Zec volume is just too low so I wanted to get my Zec back out. The first withdrawal took about a day to go from some nonsense about ‘cold storage’ to ‘cancelled’ (with a double ‘l’…). I opened a support ticket and tried again. This time it took at least two days to become ‘cancelled’ again - with another unanswered support ticket in the meantime. So I just exchanged my Zec for some expensive Bitcoin and withdrew that without issue.

I haven’t had a problem with Yobit before this but apparently it’s not a well-thought-of exchange…
