Hello Zcash Community,
Today, we are excited to share the beginning of a new and promising initiative here in Türkiye. This project represents a major step forward — not just in the digital space, but also as a physical presence that reflects the growing strength of our community.
There are a few important details we’d love to get feedback on, so if you can spare a few moments to share your thoughts, it would mean a lot to us.
For the past month, we’ve constantly been asking ourselves: “What more can we do?”
As Zcash Türkiye, we’re active on social media, our Telegram group is lively, and we regularly create and share videos and visuals. But even with all that, we’ve always felt like something’s missing. We knew we could do more — something real, something lasting.
So about a month ago, driven purely by personal initiative, we made a decision:
We decided to set up a small physical space about 45 minutes outside of Istanbul, in the city of Yalova. The space is modest — around 20–25 square meters — but our vision for it is ambitious.
Here’s what we plan to do in this space:
- Record Zcash and privacy-focused podcast episodes
- Create video content with people who care about privacy and freedom
- Offer a welcoming place where people interested in Zcash can drop by, chat, and connect
- Host fun and educational quiz competitions with rewards for the community
Right now, the place might look like a bit of a ruin in the photos. But once the walls are finished, the LED lights are installed, and the gear is set up, it will become a sleek and professional Zcash Podcast Studio.
This space will be dedicated exclusively to Zcash Türkiye for the next 1 year.
Even if our next proposal is rejected or we receive no further support, we promise to continue this initiative entirely as volunteers.
The studio will include:
- 2 podcast microphones
- Lighting equipment
- Webcam & Canon camera
- 2 computers
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- Zcash branding and visuals
- Complimentary drinks for guests (water, coffee, cold beverages, etc.)
All of this equipment will be freely available to anyone who wants to participate in or contribute to Zcash.
Moreover, if any member of the global Zcash community travels to Türkiye within the next year, we’d love to invite you to visit our studio in Yalova — just a short trip from Istanbul.
The Big Question: What Should We Name It?
One of our biggest challenges has been finding the right name for this new initiative. Once we decide, we’ll immediately begin designing the logo and other visuals.

- Ztalk
- Zbase
- ZPodcast

This initiative marks an important step — a tangible presence that shows Zcash Türkiye is here, active, and ready to engage in a more meaningful way.
Looking Ahead:
- We’ll be releasing weekly podcast episodes and video series created in the studio.
- New social media accounts will be launched to share and promote these contents.
- We’ll host live events on platforms like Kick and Twitch on selected days of the week.
- These live sessions will feature rewarded Q&A competitions and casual chats with community members.
- The backdrop of the podcast studio will include the Zcash logo, along with small framed images representing all Zcash-related communities worldwide.
We are deeply grateful for the support the Zcash community has shown us so far.
It’s a true honor to be a part of this movement, and everything we’re doing is to keep Zcash’s spirit of freedom and privacy alive — and bring it to even more people.
