Reach & Growth: 60% growth on Substack and 30K views on Instagram; quizzes and live sessions drove active participation.

All AWS, OpenAI, and hosting bills are paid and up to date.

Community

After the coin holders’ poll was closed, I assisted with an independent audit of the results. My audit confirmed that all results matched the official publication.
Supported a Brazilian community member participating in the ZecHub hackathon. Their project leverages the new zcash-walletd library to use Zcash shielded memos.

Development Work

zcash-walletd

Started a new project: zcash-walletd

Originally forked from Hanh’s GitHub, the code was generalized into a reusable library.
Created Node.js bindings, enabling developers to use it as a view-only Zcash wallet.
This foundation will be useful for future projects.

Testnet Faucet & Nu6.1

With ZecHub’s hackathon ongoing, many participants requested testnet tokens. I implemented a temporary hotfix for the faucet so users could continue testing their projects.
Update: Shortly after my hotfix, Zingolabs released a proper Zingolib version with Nu6.1 support. Both zingolib-wrapper and zecfaucet were upgraded accordingly.

Closing Notes

This month was focused on upgrades and community support, ensuring tools and infrastructure remained available for ongoing projects and hackathon participants.

Casta is one of the most influential crypto communicators and educators in Brazil, known for his deep knowledge and impactful presence in the community.

I took on the full responsibility of promoting his work to the broader community audience, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for this YouTube livestream. My efforts included:

Clarifying and showcasing Casta’s contributions to the community
Bringing in as many users as possible to join the live event
Providing continuous support before, during, and after the stream

This initiative was all about strengthening the crypto ecosystem and amplifying the voices of those who truly educate and inspire.
