Event Summary:
ZcashGhana successfully hosted its Accra Meetup on Saturday, 6th June 2026, under the theme “Privacy is Normal.” The event brought together enthusiasts, developers, and curious newcomers at Hausa Cuisine, Legon City Mall. Running from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the meetup served as an educational and community-building session centred on Zcash (ZEC) : its technology, ecosystem, use cases, and career opportunities.
The event achieved registration numbers (69 guests via Luma) and saw 43 attendees physically present, to the venueʼs maximum capacity of 40. Participants downloaded the Zodl wallet, shared wallet addresses, joined the ZcashGhana WhatsApp community group, and engaged in lively interactive discussions about Zcashʼs place in the evolving privacy-focused blockchain landscape.

The Zcash Ghana Meetup was successfully held on Saturday, 13 th June 2026, at Royal
Diamond Hotel in Kintampo, Ghana. The event was organized to educate participants about
Zcash, financial privacy, shielded transactions, and the importance of privacy-preserving
technologies in today’s digital economy.
The meetup attracted a diverse audience including students, entrepreneurs, blockchain
enthusiasts, and community members interested in cryptocurrency and decentralized
technologies.
Participants were introduced to the Zcash ecosystem, learned how shielded transactions work,
created Zcash wallets, and joined the Zcash Ghana online communities for continued
engagement.
