Zcash in bash in Ubuntu on Windows

Hi, I’m running a problem when trying to get zcash working in bash for ubuntu Windows 10 (Anniversary Update)

It creates a wallet.dat and when I set it to mine the CPU is on 100% but I can’t do zcash-cli commands, it outputs error: couldn’t connect to server all the time.

Did I miss something obvious or is it simply not possible? Thanks!

I think @bitcartel had this working, but only with significant config file modifications.
