Mail from mail.heliosvoting.org to Gmail (and I’m assuming other clients) is getting flagged as spam.

Make sure you hit that “Not Spam” button to help reduce the likelihood of future messages getting flagged as Spam!

Same here! Thanks for pointing this out, I never check spam folders these days 
. Just looked up the sending IP for the email (Mailgun) and it appears to be in a spam blacklist, seems to be an issue on Helios’ end.

Confirmed it went to spam; clicked “Not Spam”
Mine went to spam as well. Consider sending an email to voters from a zfnd account to reach the people who don’t check this forum that regularly and let them know to check their spam for the ballot.

This was the only email that Google sent to spam in the last two weeks.
Perhaps the announcement should be made about this.

An announcement on an official Zcash account would be silly!
Instead – make sure to mark it as “Not Spam” even though it’s in everyone elses’ spam folder:
