@geregilb This thread is 9 years old, the Changelly team is not a regular poster here on the forum so they probably won’t see your message.

Changelly is well known for such behavior. I would avoid them, especially for ZEC.
In general these centralized swapping services are increasingly becoming a gamble: you put money in and you cross your fingers hoping money comes out.
