@zono what rig do you have?
Consider a different payment scheme like PPLNS, there are definitely pool hoppers jumping around with a lot of hash. The sit on the pool a bit for the current round, leave, then come back after a block and do it all over again.
I have few smaller rigs (1 or 2 GPU per rig)
