What is a good working miner for Windows AMD GPUā€™s I would like to try flypool.

How much do you get from mining?

My hashrate on i7 CPU is 20 Sol/s
Iā€™m mining on flypool for 9 hours already (starting from around block 550).

To my calculations, based on % of the pool (which was averagely 20/70,000 = 0.03% through the night, and now lowered to 20/220000 = 0.01%) - I should be getting around 0.02% of pool earnings. Pool mined around 34 blocks through the time I was mining, each one worth around 0.35-0.5 ZEC, which makes it around 0.425*34 = 14.5 ZEC total to flypool.

So for the 9 hours I mine, I should have 14.5 ZEC * 0.01% = around 0.00145 ZEC on my balance right now. But I have only 0.00054 ZEC, which is more than twice less. Whatā€™s the problem? Maybe I need to try another pool? Canā€™t find any calculations statistics eitherā€¦ How much paid per share, etc. I was submitting 300-400 shares first couple of hours, and then suddenly dropped to 200, and now to 160 shares/h. Is this normal? Is this a difficulty increase or smth?

Also, if comparing my 20 Sol/s the calculations are as follows:
20 / 1.300.000 = 0.0015%
Iā€™ve started to mine on around block 550, when reward was 0.35
Whole network mined around 250 blocks for 9 hours (which is 2.2 blocks per minute btw), and now the reward is 0.5. So the network should had earned around 100 ZEC.

And my share of it should be also 100 ZEC * 0.0015% = 0.0015 ZEC, but I still have 0.00054 ZEC, which is almost the third part of what it should be.

Why?

These are my stats from yesterday.

Wallet:
2016-10-28 21:34 0.00089
2016-10-28 22:31 0.00143
2016-10-28 23:32 0.00188

Pool: 49k - 24k, so average = 25kS/s
Me: 30 S/s = 0.0012 of pool rate
Blocks Found: 4 * 0.425
Pool ZEC earned: 4 * 0.425 = 1.7 ZEC

Should have earned: 1.7 ZEC * 0.0012 = 0.00204 ZEC
Actually earned: 0.001 ZEC

Is somebody scamming us? Or is something wrong with our calculations? Also take into account that blocks were earned in the period of 24kS/s, and since my contribution was constant 30S/s I should have earned even more ZECs.

Yeah, would be best to be able to see these calculations live, would reduce the confusion.
Staying with flypool today, but would be great to see some explanation here

Pool owners could theoretically sell mined coins yesterday for 20BTC, and then later buy them out today for 10BTC, making some profit.

Practically - is there flypools payout address known? Although, with anonymous currency - itā€™s hard to track the transactions :slight_smile:

And yes - it would be great to see something like supernova blockshares stats, with exact calculations.

P.S. And add a mainnet block explorer to all links on flypool, please. Cmon, itā€™s up for 12 hours already and youā€™re still linking to testnet :slight_smile:

Btw, on nicehash pool https://zcash.nicehash.com/tbs I see:
Total blocks 42
Pending 21
Confirmed 21

Which is like half of the blocks are confirmed there yet. Maybe long confirmation times are the issue here too?

got payout 30 minutes ago, but cannot find any information about the transaction. How can I find that transaction?

After set var ZADDR i receive empty result with
~/zcash//src/zcash-cli z_listreceivedbyaddress ā€œ$ZADDRā€

someone got an idea?

You have to enter your Public IP there (where it shows last digits) - itā€™s a protection so no one can change your settings except you.

Because of the buggy Zcash wallet payments are currently delayed.

The main problem is that Zcash is not correctly managing transactions to and from Zcash addresses and it requires a wallet restart & rescan to somehow update the balances of Zcash addresses. There is not much we can do at the moment, this issue has to be resolved by the devs urgently.

Edit: We have disabled payments to z addresses until the wallet issue has been resolved!

hmm. . lots of people reporting they are seeing less than expected balances in their account, and now pool owner saying payments have been turned off for an indefinite period of time
