I agree that 3-2 ZCG elections are better then 4-1 elections. But the other option is to revert back to 5-0 election. While it’s bad to lose/change large numbers of members at once it’s also my understanding that during elections the rate of applications slows down and the time to approve applications goes up. This vote is just to make sure we all agree on which is better.
