In your opinion, which should be ZCG’s priorities going forward and how does that differ from the actual ones?
How do you envision ZCG’s role in the light of the new funding mechanisms and governance that will begin when NU6.1 is deployed?
What are the biggest challenges you think ZCG is facing presently and/or in the short term and what role would you play in overcoming them?
In your opinion, what are the projects that ZCG might not be fundind at the moment or in the past and that should be funding? What are the projects that ZCG funded and should not be? Why?

Do you think Zcash should eventually go full proof of stake, or do you think the hybrid solution currently being worked on (trailing finality layer) is a long-term solution for Zcash? If you want to stay on proof of work I would also like to know.

I have several questions:
How do you think the ZCG can encourage more Zcash communities in different countries, in addition to those already known: Brazil, Turkey, Nigeria, Spain, etc.?
I know this is a ZF issue, but I would like to hear your opinion. What do you think about holding more Zcash events (Zcon, Zcon Voices, hackathons, etc.) in different countries throughout the year?
In the event of a possible delisting of Zcash by Binance (and other exchanges), what do you think should be the strategy to be followed and promoted by the ZCG so that this does not affect the global presence and visibility of Zcash?
