You are not the only one who says Zedcash! I’ve heard it a bunch of times at Zcon0 and Zcon1.
I think in most of Europe and Russia its Zed or Zet. In some countries like Croatia the letter z translates to “with” as in with cash.
I dont think z translates to with. That would be “sa”. I am not Croatian but our languages are like USA and AUS English.

I have checked. Z as well as S is used as the proposition “with” in certain cases in Slovenian. The Kajkavski(dont know how to translate it into English) Is very similar to Slovenian as the minority that speaks it resides in the Zagorje geographic area of Croatia which is close to Slovenia. Maybe I am wrong but I watch Croatian tv all the time and Ive never heard of Z being used in this way in their formal language. My geography is also terrible and these are all conclusions based on the fact that I know Slovenians use Z… So take everything with a grain of salt…
