zcash is really new coin dude… need to wait 1st…cant compare with other coin since zcash is only 3 months old…so be patient …

Relative to ZEC price …always keep in mind that there will be 21,000,000 (now there is ~600,000). Therefore…extrapolating … projected equivalent (fully issued) market capitalization is around $3billion. THIS is why the per coin price keeps dropping … while the overall market cap keeps increasing (as more ZEC are mined/issued). Those that just look at the share price alone are kinda fooling themselves…

No, I wouldn’t advise to stop mining ZEC. I was making a point about the per share price … relative to total value (market cap) once all ZEC are mined. In the long run…if you think the total market value of all ZEC will be above $3billion…then the per share price will rise. If it gets to where BTC is now…we will see a 6x increase of ZEC.
