I use different apps for different folks. I guess my preference doesn’t matter because If I need to talk to people, I use what they are using. Apps Ive used include discord, telegram, signal, groupme, zcash, irc, msn messenger, AIM, ICQ, cwtch, bisonrelay, whalebird, twitter, … ,

Also, would like to point out that if what you are seeking is adoption, you shouldn’t focus so much in what us forum privacy geeks like, but what’s most broadly accepted and validated through the use of the general public. If you’d like to make an app that’s super privacy-centered for privacy geeks then yes, please make all of our deepest desires a reality

Indeed. It should be an enjoyable experience to everyone.
As I make my way along I am getting varied feedback from people in different communities. Getting feedback from friends. Might do some in person feedback trials. I think it is very important.
It is def hard because I know what I want but will take time to shape it with feedback from communities and people.
I don’t know. I can only dedicate little time on this. However, we shall see where it leads.
