Ponzi or legit?
“Guaranteeing income” in crypto land should come as a huge red flag. It’s a hugely volatile market so whether the video is simply hyperbolic marketing or this is actually a ponzi is open for debate but regardless cloud mining has almost universally proven to be a terrible investment - simply buy the underlying i.e. ZEC (or the raw equipment if you really want to mine).
In summary, I’d stay a long way away from this.
