Antminer (Z15) Troubleshooting - Fan?

Has anyone ever seen this error on a Z15? I’m trying to work through it to get the machine back up and running.

Hi! I’ve never seen anything like this. Try writing to the official support service.

Fan1:4920 Fan2:6120 pwm 100
These are the RPM speeds of the fans and I assume pwm is ‘power management’ and 100 is full spéed so perhaps one of them is failing

Thanks! Have a couple fans inbound to see if that gets her back up and running.

The machine was continuously cycling the fans on startup. Apparently it was trying to get Fan1 up to speed and it wasn’t getting there.

I swapped out the connections to the fans and the OEM fans worked. It may have just needed a bit of a jiggle after the thermal cycle.

Have two replacement fans standing by though, just in case.
