Asus Prime Z270-A - can't get Raisers to work

Hey guys,

I did the bios update & changed settings accourding to Asus Z270-A / AR Walkthrough for 6+ crypto rig stability - YouTube

and yet i can only get 2 cards in the device manager, and sometime i might get 3 but one is in “failed” mode and cannot be used.

any assist would be great.

Solved it now, changed in bios to Gen1 , and disabled all USB3.1 except one.

seems to work well now (although hashing in a lower speed then it did with 2 cards - it was 715h/s now going at 680h/s - GTX 1080 TI)
