I have just released ca ommand line version of my port of zcash to Windows, a GUI wallet just got released that uses it. See this thread on the forum with setup instructions. Right now you have to install them separately, but @vaklinov has written a great step-by-step guide (he’s the author of the Java-based GUI wallet):
