What is the easiest way to set up a full node?
Is there a way I can do it without using the command line?
Easiest node to run is Zebra: 
But it doesn’t have all the CLI commands like Zcashd does, so no generating/sending transactions from it. But it does sync and verify to support the Zcash network.
Zcashd is the older more established full node but it’s in the process of being depreciated in favor of the more modern Zebra node.
