Fullnode-1.8.1-win - reindexing error message

Hi guys!

I run zcashd.exe on Win10 by CMD whit administration privileges, when I run .\resource\bin\zcashd.exe I have not a ASCII output like a red heart, but it seems to reindex chain.

So afther this, I run ."Zecwallet Fullnode.exe" , it opens a GUI with Syncing 1,2% and it diplays this
Error: Error invoking remote method ‘doRPC_IPC’: {“code”:-28,“message”:“This wallet operation is disabled while reindexing.”}

Is its behavior normal?
