Just wait for PiMP 1.9.
Im glad your services are sold out. Maybe this means you will have no problem finally answering my 4th cancellation request that you guys have been ignoring for a week now via email?
I highly doubt you will get your refund

If you would respond to your support requests, I wouldn’t be forced to use a forum now would I? I am waiting a response for a week from Jordi @ Genesis regarding what is now 5 cancelation requests and 4 diversion attempts from you guys to weasel your way out of it, case# 69389
Again, we will not discuss tickets here, but an extra request for update via the ticket has been made.

I would caution anyone thinking of spending money on Genesis Mining Contracts. There is a very good chance they will not fill them to the end of the term.
I bought a 2 year DASH contract about 9 months ago. On October 3 they deleted my hashrate from my dashboard and started paying me in BTC instead of DASH. My support tickets were ignored or they said they were sending them to IT to solve. Never heard back.
On October 12 they stopped paying me altogether. 9 months into a two year contract.
I sent another support ticket (#70924). They closed it out without responding to me.
So once zcash stops being the new shiny thing and they stop selling new contracts…look out. They will drop you and move your machine to someone else’s contract. Very dishonest folks.
This was my one and only cloud mining venture. I am sticking with building my own rigs.
It is indeed not our best effort, but the ticket you mentioned was never closed. The new one you opened was merged into the already open one as can be seen via https://genesismining.freshdesk.com. This issue will be resolved. Be it very late, our sincere apologies for that.

I received an email last night from your IT department telling me my contract ended because it was a one year contract. If you look in my order history though I have 3 contracts, all purchased about the same time that clearly state they are two year terms. So I’m not sure that the IT guy even looked at what I had.
I sent him copies from your own website and hope this gets resolved today.
Why would you post this after the contracts are sold out ? would have been usefull if it were earlier .
You can view contract details by logging in and then go to My Account > My orders. There’s a list of your orders there, with a Start Date and an End Date. You can also click View Contract. That will show the Terms you agreed to when you placed the order. The contract length is found under 1. Services, Term.
2 year contracts were sold starting June or July this year. In 2015 we’ve sold year contracts. After the year, the contract ends, exactly as the Terms state. We will honor contracts exactly as stated in the Terms as we have always done.

When will Zcash contracts be available again?
Did not realize they were sticking to me until yesterday.
Thanks!
Mike
@draane We are working very hard to make more Zcash contracts available before launch, but we cannot guarantee it. We will certainly try very hard.

Hope they will!, I paid around 550$ for 14 hashes/sec
THIS is what I get using my regular graphics card on my home computer (around 17(!) hashes/sec):
Such is the business. No one knew or even now know what speed the contracts will end up offering, just a guaranteed lowest H/sec. Zcash has a massive amount of unknown factors, and you pay to guarantee mining.
sols isn’t equal hash.
