Introduction & Monthly Summary
November was the first month of structured ambassador activity, and the goal was simple: increase visibility, start real conversations about Zcash and begin building a contributor-driven community. I began work promptly on 25th October 2025.
This month, I focused on:
Creating beginner-friendly awareness content
Engaging directly with the Zcash community across X and Discord
Hosting my first physical Zcash onboarding micro-meetup
Introducing new users to ZEC, shielded transactions, and the broader privacy mission
Establishing the foundation of the Zcash Talent Hub, a collective of new creators and builders who want to contribute
The response was strong, from Zashi wallet downloads to ecosystem curiosity to early contributors raising their hands. This report breaks down everything that happened and the momentum we’re carrying into next month.

2. Micro-Meetup Report
Date: 22 November 2025
Location: Nigeria
Attendees: 13
This first meetup set the tone for what local onboarding for Zcash can look like, practical, interactive and centered on real understanding.
The event focused on introducing Zcash, privacy, shielded transactions and NEAR intents in a beginner-friendly format.
Key outcomes:
11 new Zashi wallet downloads
5 participants used NEAR Intents for the first time to interact with ZEC
7 joined the Zcash Discord
9 expressed interest in contributing to Zcash as creators and developers
These early contributors were added to the newly created Zcash Talent Hub Telegram group, which will serve as the base for ongoing coordination and training.
The meetup validated the need for clearer education, hands-on onboarding and structured pathways for newcomers who want to contribute.

3. Ecosystem Impact
Two developers showed early interest in building on Zcash
DMs from my audience about Zcash ecosystem.
More creators in my region are now aware of what privacy means and why Zcash matters
Overall, audience sentiment shows better understanding of and interest in privacy, way beyond ZEC price action.
4. Challenges
Video content creation was limited due to lack of a camera
A solution has now been identified to enable consistent video output starting next month
5. Next Month’s Plan (December 2025)
A. 3-Day Zcash Privacy & Talent Workshop
A structured, multi-day workshop for all members of the Talent Hub covering:
Privacy fundamentals
Zcash history and fundamentals
Zcash technology overview
How shielded transactions work
How to create Zcash-aligned content
How to engage with the ecosystem effectively
Participants who complete the program will become verified “Zcash Talents” ready for active contribution.
B. Talent Hub Expansion
Before the workshop, onboarding will reopen to bring in additional:
Writers
Researchers
Designers
Video editors
Developers
Community builders
New entrants will join a “waiting room” before the workshop, ensuring a clean filtering and training process.
C. Strengthen Content Output
With a trained talent pool, the goal is to create:
Frequent beginner-friendly content from multiple perspectives and channels,
Consistent explainers
Constant ecosystem updates to a wider audience.
Higher-quality visuals and video content
Regionally relevant narratives around privacy and financial sovereignty
D. Cross-Regional Collaboration
Work with community leads in other English-speaking Zcash communities in other regions to:
Promote the workshop
Onboard their creators
Grow the Talent Hub into a global contributor network.
Conclusion
This month established the foundation for a structured contributor network.
The interest shown at the meetup, early wins with onboarding and growing relationships in the ecosystem all point toward a scalable model for bringing new people into Zcash in a meaningful way.
December will focus on converting this early momentum into a trained, active, and expanding contributor community through the 3-day workshop and coordinated onboarding efforts.
