i have mother board (H81 PRO BTC R2.0) + 8 GB RAM + Celeron G1840 1150 CPU,
i working on 6 GPU Rig. i am new here.
so please help me for the selection of the GPU, I have no experience about the GPU Performance.
which one would be good in term of H/S and Power.
i have found one
1-Gigabyte Radeon RX 470 G1 Gaming 4G, 4GB
what do you think about this card.
i use the this link ZCash mining GPU Comparison - Wikibooks, open books for an open world
according to this link 300 H/S but no information about the Watts.

please guide me about the good and reasonable price GPU.

Do you have one or two power supply units? What is the watts?

i have 2 power supply. each is 850 Watt. so the total is 1700 watts

you can run 2 rx470’s and the system on one PSU and the 4 GPU’s on the 2nd PSU.

You’ll be fine on the first one but you will be above the sweet spot for efficiency on the second

btw google search rx 470 and watts is what I did to look up the watts used by a rx 470

I have the same motherboard as you. I am running 2 x Nvidia GTX1070, core clock + 75 mem clock +700 powerlimit 70%
Also 2 x gtx 1060 6gb, core clock +85 mem clock + 700 powerlimit 75%.
Running latest EWBF miner in Windows 8.1

This rig does 1400sol/s for 500W at the wall,

I also run an AMD rig with 6 x R9 290s core 1050, mem 1375 (or 1500 if they will do it).This rig is running Ethos using Claymore z-cash miner and doing 2200sol/s BUT for 1800W at the wall.

If your power is expensive it is worth investing in Nvidia cards. They will hold resale value and save you huge amounts in power costs.

Hello,
I need advice for a new miner. I want to buy 6 RX 470 or 6 RX 570 .
My options are:

MSI Radeon RX 570 Armor OC 4GB → price 939 RON ( 1 $ = 4.17 RON)
GIGABYTE Radeon RX 570 GAMING 4GB → price 934 RON
Gigabyte Radeon RX 470 G1 Gaming 4GB → price 874 RON
Asus Radeon RX 470 Strix 4GB → price 900 RON

I would like to make a decision based on the mining flexibility so when equihash mining isn’t profitable to be able to switch easily to another algo like Scrypt , X11 and so on …This means that the card should be easily modded and stable.
Based on your experience, please suggest what should i pick from the above list or what else to take into consideration.

what do you get out of your 1070 GTX only? Trying to fine tune mine and any help s more then welcome.
