i am mining zcash from last 3 hours and my earning balance not any confirm just all unconfirmed so its take longtime for confirmation?

100 confirms for each mined block so around 4 hours 10 minutes

Same here, I start mining yesterday night, with 60 sol/s and my balance is only confirmed: 0.0007 and unconfirmed: 0.0013. It seems like difficulty is too high?

i think if block takes 4 hour something for 100 confirmed each mine block so i will have to wait and then check.

and for auto payout can i use polinex zcash address?
