I had stuck funds in Zec Wallet Lite and was able to successfully recover them into Nighthawk app using my Seed Phrase and block height birthday

Heads up, ZecWallet has received updates since yesterday to fix the bugs affecting NU5.

Yess but the problem is if you have multiple wallet in it n you must input private key to restore them. Nighthawk not support them. Ywallet support to import zcash z address private key. Best wallet in my opinion
