Long time running but got zero in balance

I have finished the setup following this link,

After hours of running, I still cannot see any difference even in beta test mode. There must be something wrong, how can I diag it please?

In beta test mode:

You’re on testnet. Make sure you don’t have anytthing resembling “testnet=1” in you zcash.conf file. It looks like you haven’t followed the instructions properly.

Accually, I have the same question, after a week’s work I got zero balance, what’s the issue?

Mining on your own wont get you nowhere unless your using world super computer… try join a mining pool such as suprnova pool etc… you will earn in small amounts but something is better than nothing right :wink:
