4x msi 470 4gb with modded straps (modded straps definitely higher hashing) and gpu4 and 5 are modded nanos on 300 mem and -100mV or 125 cant remember

I only wish Claymore had CPU support so I would only have to run one miner. I have a Core i5-6600k (stock clocks), and am getting about 24 Sol/s on the CPU.
I haven’t run things long enough to see any stability issues, but I will monitor it tonight.
It must be great as a miner to be near Shenzen. Recently got an email from Randy Chen that he has rx 490’s. I think he lives in HK but travels to Shenzen and all over that part of Asia. I had access to 480’s almost a month before the public got them

Reference RX 470 4GB CPU1100 MEM2000 both 900mV 1500 timings 70% fan 40-45 sol/s
Red Devil RX 480 8GB CPU1200 MEM1950 both 1000mV 1500 timings 70% fan 48-52 sol/s
Think I’ll be sticking with 470s from now on since the extra h/s doesn’t justify the extra card cost. Just started playing with the 480s though so if i can get 55+ they might still be worth it.

Where exactly do you set the 1500 timing?
Use atiwinflash to save a copy of your bios rom. Then use Polaris Bios Editor to open the the rom and copy the 1500 memory timings to all the higher clock speed memory straps. While you are in there you might as well set gpu clock/volt mem clock/volt to some conservative values and increase max fan speed to ~80%. Save the settings to a new rom file and burn it to the gpu with winatiflash then reboot. Keep a copy of the original rom in case of instability! Then use WattTool to increase minimum fan speed tp ~70% and tweak clock speeds/voltages. When you have what you think are the best settings it’s best to make a new rom with those values and flash it but you’ll still need WattTool or some other tool to handle minimum fan speed. On some cards you also need Watt Tool to force the voltage settings to work. There are some more descriptive guides on the ethereum community forum but I don’t remember where exactly.
