never bought 1 for a million…just a fraction of a zec that if the 1 zec was bought then it would cost a million…but if you buy 0.00000001 zec in the price of 1zec=1 million then …you do the maths 
I read the discussion here and i want to prove, for my self, which Miner is better.
I install the claymore miner on a Windows 7 Machine and get round about 30,5 Sol/s (29-32 Sol/s, mainly with 30-31 sol/s)
I changed the hdd, install Ubuntu 16.04 follow the instructions here and get round about 29,8 sol/s with the silentarmy miner (27 - 32 sol/s, mainly 29,0-30,5 sol/s)
The System:
A HP Microserver N54l with a AMD R9 380x Card (gigabyte)
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 on an Sandisk 128GB SSD
Ubuntu on a hdd 5400 rpm 80GB
I don’t think that the HDD is limited the miner on Ubuntu.
Edit: I forgot:
With Claymore on Windows i have 150 Wh
With Silentarmy on Ubuntu i have 160 Wh - this difference is not caused by the hdd, it’s a 2,5"

Differences: Silent Army is a little better with rx 470 and rx 480, 50 sol/s
Claymore is a lot better with 280x, 50 Sol/s

CPUs are same electrical cost and only 2x more expensive whereas for other coins they are 9x more expensive and more electricity.
They’re all competitive on all measures, depending on card. ETH going to PoS and a lot of people using their laptops once they figure out it’s already 30 Sol/s means this coin should be called Zcrash. Only much later will it be the off-shore store of value world-wide since governments are caving into U.S. pressure to release bank account owner names. CIA, KGB, and ISIS also desperately need this coin to do their dirty deeds to each others’ ideologies.

A few months ago I was told ETH PoS in beginning of 2016. Probably bad info.
Concerning the 100 Sol/s new developer integrating it in the next nheqminer: it appears a thread has been deleted. @shawn was a thread like that deleted in the past 24 hours for being a scam? [edit: OK now I see: nheqminer verified it was a scam ]
I have 9 rigs going and for some reason on my rig number 4 claymore crashes often??? other rigs are fine, in the log last entry is
07:34:10:398 10a8 new buf size: 0
Any ideas, or even auto restart when bat file crashes?

use -r 60 in your config ( make the miner restart if gpu fail or at each 60 min

It’s unhealthy for him, but if more people were equally offended by people converting someone else’s charity into their personal profit, the world might be a better place. Concern for others without concern for profit results in personal wealth and much greater wealth for society. The alternative to his democratic idealism is capitalistic anarchy (unbounded greed without do-gooder interference like government and his posts) which is operating with near-perfect efficiency in Africa and South America. If you want to experience one of the nicest places with near-zero government interference and a strong sense of capitalism, travel South America. Switch to Silentarmy v3 to get the same hash only without the 2.5% fee.

I’ll try Silentarmy when he issues a windows version. But right now Claymore has the only stable, efficient miner going for zcash.

I use SA3 on Ubuntu 15.10. Works fine at the same speed sans dev fee, since it is probably largely the same anyway
