Can anyone post a merchant link with good PCIE USB powered risers with reasonable price,i prefer EU if possible cause of tax and variouus expenses, thx in forward…
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01M11YUBX/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
These are the only REV005 I could find (pretty cheap for 10) sadly the seller is from the US. I’m still waiting (long wait btw) but will update you if I pay taxes. Taxes are charged around ~20% in my country from import outside the EU so not that big of a stinger if it happens.
Thx mate,im really struggling to find something decent for the money in EU,seems like EU is th most expensive part of the world overall, both food and technical stuff sucks in price in most EU countries…
New Claymore v8 is comming in 1-2 Days. 300h/s on stock R9 390
I just got a batch of risers from these guys. Version 006. Good quality. However they’re in the US so I guess that doesn’t help you but maybe others. They have a website too but it was down when I checked it: www.minerparts.com
If u back to Linux, You can use this:
http://wpitchoune.net/psensor/ubuntu.html or https://github.com/firehol/netdata
I got some from them, 1 had solder shorting out the traces causing a dead Mobo. The guy never returned my email to get a replacement.
I am in need of some assistance. My rx 480 nitro 8gb says “incorrect data returned!” when I start claymore v7. I am using i5 4460 on biostart h81 mb. I have been trying everything for a day and a half and still cant get it running. I have updated bios on mb loaded new drivers for the gpu. I need some help if possible. Regards.
Overclock might affect this
I’m not overclocked I went into wattman and tried to reduce the power…didnt work and reset. has not worked since.
Any help really appreciated at wits end.
Try resetting wattman to default settings, rebooting into safemode, uninstall drivers using DDU, reboot normally, download latest driver again from AMD and install. Reboot, download a fresh copy of Claymore and try again.
Try selling me the cards for %50. They sound defective.
Thanks Ill give it a try.
Hi,
New to Claymore… trying to digest this 1100 post thread - lol
I’m running Claymore v7 with latest 16.x catalyst.
MSI RX480 8G gpus
the GPUs (completely stock) are doing about 170 sols each. Does that sound normal?
Are there any adjustments I can make in the miner’s parameters to improve this?
I’m not able to overlock the cards yet as there are nvidia cards in the machines as well (I’ll be reshuffling things but waiting on some parts).
cheers and thanks in advance!
170 is pretty good for an RX 480… I have 6 and they all run 160-165ish.
