The illegality of it is called price-fixing or collusion. A deeper problem is that coin is a good coin until one can have constant value via a feedback measurement of transactions volume and fees, so that developers and miners do not get to decide coin release total quantity nor schedule, but the marketplace would via velocity of money equation.

nanopool is up 30% this afternoon since claymore posted. That indicates there is not hardly any activity from private implementations.

It had issues with stratum - did few restarts… maybe local problems though unlikely.
Notice the difference in 480 performance the 50+ is on 4cores amd and 45+ on celeron
P.S. Also I;m a bit worried… could it be too cold for a card:) lol… +44 and 0rpm is not water cooled and it’s not a mistake…
Huge drop in hashrate. Look like a lot of gpu crashed. Just checked mine it also crashed.

It did that yesterday. Their Sol/s is not down or crashed, it’s just their software messing up. Go to home page to see current quantity. If you look at any individual results, you can see no one has crashed.

I had a significant speedup from ~28 sol/s to 42 sol/s on my 4GB MSI Gaming X 480s (GPU 1-4), but for some reason my 8GB XFX GTR 480 (GPU 0) is only getting around 3-7 sol/s compared to 40 with Genoil’s miner.
Edit: Weird… I restarted the computer and now I’m getting 46 on the same card.

I have 2 HD7970, 1 HD7950 and 1 r9 270x. With Genoil miner speed was about 90 H/s.
With Claymore’s miner speed became about 145 H/s. But it is not only because of the miner optimization - Claymore’s miner allow to set GPU and memory clocks, and I set GPU clocks to 1100 MHz and memory clocks to 1450 MHz.
what if you’ve already overclocked your GPU via afterburner can u still overclock with the miner on top?

There is no “overclocking on-top”!!!
You set the clocks and that’s it.
If it’s like other Claymore miners the miner clocks will override previous settings
