Seems no matter what core clock you set for RX 470/480 the speed is always the same.
The memory clock make more of a difference.

it is the way it;s suppose to be - “memory intensive”
however I don’t really think its the case.
and after constant fight with genoil I’m not willing to check for now, but my impression was that this becomes a visible factor if you go below 900, however I may be wrong.
(in any case I prefer to run it on same voltage constantly and my lower clock voltages are not optimized. I’m not using offsets.)

I have 28nm latest and cheapest AMD 4cores on ASRock FM2+ FM2A88X+, 4G RAM it hashes 48-51
and same card does 47-49 on Cleleron with 4G on ASROCK B150 PRO4/D3, but it also drives display
Use -allpools 1 and it works.
