Has anyone seen increased latency/less shares using the secure connections?
SSL does add some latency so it’s entirely plausible that you would see a slight uptick in rejects/latency. Shouldn’t be prohibitive though.
Running claymore upon RX480 8gb is better than 3xR9-270(2gb) GPU’s?
Hi guys.
I’m running claymore version 9.1 to mine Zcash. It’s running stable but something seems off.
This is the output:

This line concerns me:
GPU0 t=68C fan=82%, GPU1 t=52C fan=16%
I have 2 GPU’s running: 2x HD 7950
GPU1 seems to be acting lazy How comes that the fan is only at 16% and t = 52C? It seems to me like the card is not performing as it should. Is this behavior normal?
I think you have to re-install the drivers, have you tried with 16.6 ?
Which exact driver 16.6 are you referring too. I can’t seem to find the same driver on my on setup to use on my other on.
Download ReLive drivers working very well with claymore v9.1
Well seems there are a few people offering cracked Claymore software with no fee or 1% to them instead of Claymore, would be a good time to drop fee to 1% on next release I think
New version released…
I was getting 315H/s on 290x on 9.1, now i’m getting 343 H/s and on 290 278 H/s before, now 293 H/s.
In total 120 H/s mor
v9.2 gives 240h/s for my rx480 with 1340 mhz core
What?
I have a Asus 290x now I am getting 266 sol/s (with 9.2)!
And R9 Fury power usage ?

r9 fury was averaging 323 before upgrade so definate improvement here… -i 6
I modded all cards with 390 and 390x
all 290 and 390 variants are definitely up in hash rate same with my nanos
but the 470s and 480 are same hashrate maybe 2-5h/s more
I don’t see my power usage right now, I have to unplug all cards and check, looks like I can’t see on GPU-Z

I’m trying to mine using Claymore, but it’s crashing shortly after startup.
I’m using Windows 10, R9 290x, 15.12 drivers. No overclocking on the GPU. I was using Genoil before and it was getting about 30 Sols most of the time.
When I run the batch file it gets to “Pool Version” before crashing. The log file is pretty useless, it doesn’t show anything. I rolled back my drivers just for this, and I’ve watched several videos on using claymore to mine Zcash - I’m not doing anything different. Help would be greatly appreciated.
I use the newest driver … i tested around, in my case not a countable difference.
Unzip the Claymore-File onto your Desktop. Create a new textfile and copy everything between the words “QUOTE”, but not the words “QUOTE”

rename the textfile to “clay.bat”.
Attention:
- You have to rename the path, in my case “LoveToMine” to your username.
- You should use your own t-address, not mine … but you must not
- This ist for the dwarfpool, if you want to use another pool, you should use another pool-address.
Double-Click the clay.bat and it should run.
