Claymore v5.0:
- improved speed by about 30-50% (depends on card model). About 145H/s on stock 390X.
- improved support for Catalyst 16.x and 4xx cards.
- reduced CPU usage.
For me 0.3.1 is actually tiny bit slower in hour average and draws 2% more watts on the wall. Hardware 4x 7970, Ubuntu 14.04, Catalyst 15.201.

You will have to reduce the dev fee to compete bro. I think %5 to %10 would still make your miner way popular.
