The performance gain on the hashrate did not seem to be that big. I guess he reduced by a few percent.
Thx. jop made some tuning with core freq., but my H/s already down to 1.6kH/s, forgot to say that this is with 12 x RX470, 1xRX480
Does Optiminer have a intensity switch? Can not check here at work.
Give that a try with high intensity.
On Claymore I was able to get rid of unstable hashrates with -i 2
Also there was no drop in hashspeed in the last 6 hours.
Without intensity the hashrate drops almost 15% after a few hours.
Extremal shared his optim with the SA devs, why wouldn’t he for next optim?
do you modded bios with downvolt and mem overclock?

What are speeds of 7950 with optiminer?
The RX470 8GB are modded and running faster then the none modded RX480.

Problem reported.
There are a few users here with the same problem.
My experience: Optiminer works more stable with clocks. Also cards are less warm. Yesterday I was unable to stay near the rig after a 10 hours mine with claymore. With optiminer it is a lot cooler.
Also for some reason I couldn’t find claymore doesn’t respond well to ocs where we push the limits. Getting 115-120 stable sols for optiminer.

My flypool shares and hash rate went down 40% at same time and I don’t use optiminer.

Eth mining gets a good hashrate boost with overclocked memory. Just wanted to know if zcash also takes a good improvement on a large scale rig when using a different memory setup.
