All stock and with bottleneck cpu (Sempron). Still too high cpu load. I combine silent army with cuda miner at the moment.

Update:
I have all the gpu’s using silentarmy (2 instances) and hashrates have not decreased much!! my poor cpu is suffering a lil bit tho
1070: 70-75 sol/s
970: 45-50 sol/s
750Ti: 22-28 sol/s
Really thanks to all the silentarmy dev team!

Lol isn’t that what ever thief says when he robs your
Just teasing

Which is exactly whay he did  and no one cares about his cloned miner anyway

Silent army ftw

still no winblows version?

Suprnova pool. With v5 efficiency decreased from ~100% to ~50%. Anyone with the same problem?

After AMD driver installed, Ubuntu can’t start. I tried to change BIOS from CPU to GPU for display, but it can not help…

Have you set the bios to PCI-E for graphics, instead of the onboard? Also plug your monitor into the PCI-E graphics card.
That’s what I had to do. Worked for me.

LOL  congratulations on the OS upgrade

hmm, and you added to the video group before restarting
and you have your display plugged in to your GPU
what GPU are you using? what is your motherboard?

Thank you for your advice. I tried the, but unfortunately it could not help… I’m looking forward to Windows ver.

BTW diff has been too high to yield a profit by Zcash mining

you can run silent army in windows with dagf2101 Ā· GitHub 's fork
and python for windows… but it is sometimes not as good as linux, seems to have high CPU load… video coming up.

ZCash was still profitable this morning, especially with these new hashrates, but prices are dropping so we will have to wait and see. as some miners turn back to eth ZCash will likely go up in value… but i think ZCash still needs to fix a z-addr bug in their 1.0.2 wallet or something, not sure if that is fixed, not sure if that has an impact on prices.

there is always ZClassic too now

I tired windows version, but it seems that the displayed hashrate is different from the actual one. Overestimatied?

Amd folks should be running optiminer, much higher results.

anyone can work with 7GPUs?
ERROR ā€œthe system is running in low-graphics modeā€ on my rig when boot. 6 GPUs no problem.

what are shares telling me? in ascending order

on instances=2 250 sol slow shares in ascending order

on instances=1 210 sol 55 70 130 faster schares in ascending order

OK?

It performs smaller tasks of work at lower difficulity with higher threads, that’s why it shows more shares. In the end, it should be the same as the slower shares are at bigger difficulity.

High CPU usage on Linux (maybe Windows too) with Nvidia graphic is known issue in Nvidia’s drivers.

There are fixes being considered and worked on.

if you take the branch named flush-and-sleep on my fork: dagf2101 Ā· GitHub
There is a fix for the high cpu on nvidia cards, this is a ugly fix so this is why it is in a other branch but it lower the cpu usage to 8% and allow me to run a other miner with 3 cpu out of 4 on my machine. (Credit to Jakub Sztandera)

cool thanks, just finished a vid on your fork, but now im going to test this out with my 980tis and see if it improves  awesome work! thanks so much for helping marc and all of us
