Mining on a pool to a "z" address

Greetings,

I have been waiting patiently for flypool to allow us to mine to a “z” address.

It appears that my patience was futile as the pool seems unable to disburse to “z” address after several months.

Does anyone know of a legitimate pool that allows for “z” address disbursement?

If there is not a pool, then is anyone interested in starting one?
