Minning with server 2008 R2

Hi. I Would say I’m a n00b here, But i’m actually trying to work my way up to being a n00b. HaHa. I have 3 servers I would like to use for CPU mining of Zcash / Bitcoin Gold if possible. If you can direct me to the best mining program and how to load, change bat file, ect. If I can, could or should install a graphics card. The first is a Dell PowerEdge R410 that was set up and used as the web server, the other 2 are both PowerEdge R610. 1 was used as the PDC and the other as the mail server. All 3 have the same processor. Intel XeonE5620 2.4Ghz, 12M Ca che, Turbo, HT, 1066MHz Max Mem. The R410 has 6GB Memory (3x2GB), 1333MHz Single Rank UDIMMs for 1 process or LV. The 2 R610 have 6GB Memory (6x1GB), 1333MHz Single Ranked UDIMMs for 1 Processor, Optimized. All 3 OS is Windows Server 2008SP2 Standard x64, Incl Hyper-V, Incl 5 CALs. I hope this is enough information for you to figure out what I need and what will work. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Mining Zcash or Bitcoin gold with cpu is only for hobbyist or those trying to understand the basics of doing it. You will burn more electricity mining either coin with a cpu than you will earn.

I am trying to learn the basics to understand before I invest in graphics
cards or other equipment. Electricity is not an issue at this point. Thanks
for the concern. I will be mining for hobby to start and to hold for long
term.
