My ZEC sent from JAXX still not showing on my CRYPTONATOR wallet

I sent all my zec from jaxx 3 days ago to my cryptonator wallet. I still haven’t received it yet.

check the TX record from Jaxx check to see if it completed

then open a ticket with cryptonator if it shows completed

Thank you for contacting Jaxx support!

For the past couple weeks our developers have been hard at work on an update for the Jaxx Wallet that was just made available for Android, Chrome, Desktops and iOS.

This update fixes a couple issues that you may be experiencing and we highly recommend you update your Jaxx Wallet immediately by heading over to the Google Play store or by keeping your Chrome browser / Jaxx Desktop app open for a little while so the update reaches those devices automatically too. BEFORE YOU UPDATE, we strongly recommend you make a backup of your 12-word Backup Phrase. Please write the 12 words you find here: MENU > Tools > Backup Wallet > View Backup Phrase on a piece of paper that you then store in a safe place. The Backup Phrase allows you to restore full access to your Jaxx Wallet on any platform but also guard it appropriately as anyone having those 12 words has full access to your funds.

After the update has been done you will see the version number 1.3.9 when checking MENU > About, please perform a Cache Reset (from MENU > Settings > Reset Jaxx Cache). Once it finishes updating please close the Jaxx Wallet application (force close if on mobile) and start it again.

Once all the above are completed successfully, please check if you are still having the issue you initially created the ticket for and simply reply to this email if you are. In case you’re still experiencing issues, If possible and if you haven’t already, please be sure to reply with all the details regarding your issue including screenshots of your process, wallet addresses and Transaction IDs where the issue has been spotted as well as confirmations on the steps advised above.

So what happens to the funds I’ve sent using the old version of JAXX???

here’s my wallet on the blockchain. (total received 0.24098115 ZEC)

here’s what’s showing on my cryptonator account (0.06009051 ZEC)

see the BIG difference?

They are still there, as long as it has the same T / address you’re fine

honestly i’m not very optimistic about this anymore. but i’ll take your word for it. If it’s there then it’s there.

Hello to all, I’m new in mining and I’m started mining ZEC four days ago with the 1420soll , my wallet adress from cryptonator is correctly inserted in the miner but I still have 0ZEC in the wallet. Is this normal according to your experiance (need some time for income) or something don’t work fine in my case?
