Is the network being DDOSed?

None of the pools have found a block in the last hour

this is not correct.my mining rewards keeping being confirmed

Kind of strange Suprnova has 1/2 the network hashrate and is not finding blocks. Flypool has 1/4 the network hashrate them either.

Not true. Blocks keep coming in.
