New users cannot create new topics until they have participated in the forum for awhile. What do you need help with?

Hey @Shawn, I’d like to create a new grant proposal but since I’m a new forum user I can’t yet, can you do something so I can create it?

Kinda unfair as I´ve been in the community for such a long time and I wanted to share some thoughts…
Despite just creating the forum account just now, I never bothered to join the forum boards before.
It’s a spam prevention measure, we had an issue awhile back with bots joining and spamming hundreds of threads linking to online casinos.
I’ll bump your trust level because you don’t seem like a bot… yet…

Looks like I also have to wait to enable this feature. Any estimate to how long it takes?
In the meantime, you could try searching through older threads for any material or whatever related to what it is you’d like to post about.
It’s pretty funny that Korean casino bots are the best thing that ever happened to off topic
Hey @Shawn - is there any way I can get my permission boosted to post in general? I’d like a poll on if Bootstrap should give Zashi IP rights to the technical team under the new entity. It seems timely. I don’t want to clog things up but a timely poll may help give legal guidance for the current Bootstrap board - to show if ownership transition of Zashi is in favor of the community.
(Would be even more awesome if you posted the poll)
We don’t really do forum polls as part of Zcash governance questions due to Sybil attacks ( ie: anonymous multi-accounts) that could vote in them. They are really no better than a random Twitter poll. We try to keep the forum free of this but it’s not a perfect system, for example the brand new account you made just yesterday 
If this question is to be asked then I would suggest someone like @joshs @aquietinvestor or @Alex_ZF request a formal ZCAP/ZAC/Coinholder vote on it.
Fair enough but I don’t think Zashi staying with Josh’s team would be a particularly close vote. And it doesn’t have much to do with governance.
