This is the same issue Slushpool suffers from. If you want higher hashrate to find more blocks, this is sadly one of those ways to get it done. I rent 1 MSol/s - 5 MSol/s every so often myself. In fact, I’ve done it multiple times on Zpool.guru and only really got a decent return once.
My vorker stood all this time and missed the production of two blocks, and showing in console the disconnecting from the server. Restart solved the problem.

We have been very busy today going through code and making sure everything works. It is not easy!
We are a young pool and we are working on a) making sure all the functionality we offer is working and b) that we get more hashrate. We are working on translating the website and we are working on a marketing campaign.

A few notes:
The good thing is that it’s reporting Sol/s accurately and latency is low, as advertised.
The bad thing is that it doesn’t show expected returns day/week/month, it only shows expected returns in the current round. There is no info on how long the round goes for, so it’s hard to determine profits.
Some napkin calculations give 0.0000134 ZEC per Sol/s, which is lower than Flypool per day due to lack of found blocks.
I tried to set the payout to 2 zec, but it reset it to the default?
I’ll let it go for now but if it remains less profitable I’ll be switching back.
The website does look good. Your page not found(s) shows a Laravel php debug log.

We are working on a bug that shows reward allocations incorrectly and with a delay. This is on the display only. Database and payouts are correct.
As the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy says:

Hello. I’ve switched to Guru pool yesterday. I have an issue with stats. Time to time (yesterday / today) it shows H/s (Now) 0.00 H/s, but my rig works well. Can some1 explain what’s going on…?

FWIW I’ve been with Guru for 45 hours so far (10.5ksols) and have made 0.3 ZEC with 0.07 unconfirmed (right now), which seems good to me!

Is not good flypool I have 0.2+ guru 0.15 
ok I mining but if not 0.3+ Sunday I stop. Yesterday better mining more block.

What is climate positive? Our electricity is from water (Hydro Quebec) and the entire carbon emissions of our company as well as our suppliers (going back as far as the manufacturing process of graphics cards!) is not only offset, we offset more carbon than we emit!
We are a very customer and nature focused company with a huge interest in social good. You will see that we are a good choice, if you let us prove it to you. In 1 year of operation, nobody has complained. Compare that with other hosting and pool providers!

Give them time. This pool only started less than a month ago, as more people join the rewards will be better and more consistent! It is already performing very well.
