We are checking right away!

WOHOHOOO !!!

Have you guys noticed that we are around 5 MSol/s???

(by the way, we will rename it to MSol/s as I agree with a previous comment that it is better than MH/s for Zcash)

us2.zpool.guru is down… us1 connects. us3 connects. @Laszlo

us2-down

No backups? :disappointed: This does not feel good.

aren’t the us1 and us3 the backups?

us1 and us3 are east/west coast. The server shouldn’t disconnect, at the very least it should redirect.

I have a custom python script that I’m using, but while testing the pool yesterday I hadn’t added backups yet. I’m also on Linux.

We are working on this. I agree that you should not have to do anything manual if a node goes down. We should internally route you through the next nearest node and put you back to your node when it is back up.

We do not have automatic restarts yet, or other fault tolerance / mitigation in our nodes. We will add that shortly.

Still speechless that we almost hit 10 MSol/s today :muscle:t3:

I’m happy to continue mining with you as long as you continue development/stability work.

Thanks

I’ve noticed that us2 is back online. Any information as to what the issue was? Someone accidentally unplug the ethernet?

We have many new nodes and some are less stable as others. We are working on the code and especially on automated recoverability.

@Laszlo I believe the dashboard is miscalculating average hashes. Mine is actually showing 20k Sol greater than normal. Not a big deal but worth adding to the list of fixes. A higher priority would be expected day/week/month returns.

@Laszlo is this main worker your pool mining nicehash?

The chart there is odd, it looks like a botnet. Any ideas?
