No idea, though it does not matter. We pay proportionate rewards, meaning everyone gets what they have contributed. Proportionally. If someone throws a massive volume of hashrate at the pool and finds the block, that is better for everyone than if he stayed on for the whole period.

I am new for this Pool. I am doing experiments in mining. I like very mutch the Monero Pools. In that pools you can see the total DUE. It is nothing but when you see the 0.0000234548 number you feel a little happy. In this pool I do not notice something like in the Monero Pools. I would like to see more about me as miner, if the Solutions are alike the miner app that is running on my Nvidia card that is fridging beef on. I can cook an egg during my experiments in Zcash but nothing is changing in my wallet. Please could you suggest a more complete pool?
You have be patient and stay a few days to test any pool. Regarding payouts, you can see them here too. Just search for your t-address (wallet) and you will see details.

Since about two days I am using your pool. Everthing worked fine for me and I also was able to see my confirmed balance. But a few hours ago my confirmed balance changed to 0.00000000. I also checked the rewards page, but it is also empty now. I checked the stats of the other miners and they seem to be ok.
I had two rewards, the first was 0.00161153 and the second was 0.0014563 and they seem to be gone.
Is there a problem with the server?

@blackwidow if you look at the below map I would suggest to try the brazilian server Brazil (Sao Paulo) br.zpool.guru
but if you just test all of them you can see the ping rate and then just take the one with lowest ping rate.

We found the problem - which was isolated to one account only. The only active account that had a 0 balance when you sent your email, so we are confident that this was you. We have just solved the issue and will credit the missing balance to your account shortly. Thank you for pointing it out!
Trust me, we feel the same. Flypool at the moment has 194.6 MH/s from a total of 336.9 MH/s. That is around 58%! We are not accusing anyone of foul play, nor are we saying that Flypool is using Selfish Mining strategies, though anyone having that much of the total hashrate is a problem for a distributed ledger. The entire security is out of the window, if you do not have decentralization.
We need more decentralization, and for that we need your help. We are working really hard and we will make sure our pool will be one of the best pools, if not the best. Though we can only grow with your trust and support.
Let us make Zcash decentralized again!
