Payout from anonymous payment address that was also added to account

The most recent thread about this was this: Suprnova's ZCash Pool zec.suprnova.cc - #2595 by Rawkzor

In that thread, user “ocminer” could manually trigger a payout. “ocminer” hasn’t been online in 3 weeks. I have over 10 ZCL i would like to be paid out.

Please respond with the proper procedure to trigger manual payout, so not only I, but other people in the future can also reference this thread. The most recent info about this i had was to “contact support” but when i go to “support” i get this message board. Thank you.

I understand now that this is a ZCash forum and not the pool support forum.

Future users should go to https://zcl.suprnova.cc/ and contact support there.
